Arrow Leather Goods accepts payment via PayPal, PayFast and EFT. An order will only be shipped once it's been paid in full. You can also pay for an order using an Arrow Leather Goods gift voucher.

C O L L E C T I O N

You're welcome to pick up your order in Stellenbosch. Please send an email (including your order number) to michal@arrowleathergoods.com to organise the collection.

L O C A L  O R D E R S

Local orders can be shipped from using our courier. Please allow 6 - 8 working days for delivery, as we make most products to order. The cost for local delivery is R 25.

N A T I O N A L  O R D E R S

National orders are shipped from Stellenbosch using our courier. Please allow 10 working days for delivery, as we make most products to order. The cost for national delivery is R 65. Shipping is free for orders over R 1000. Our couriers can't deliver to a PO Box, so we'll need a physical address for delivery.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L   O R D E R S

International orders are shipped through the South African Post Office. Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery once your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. The cost for international delivery is R 450.

All prices are shown in ZAR and the shipping costs does not include customs duties, taxes or any fees charged by the receiving country. These must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
